Another small step in our world of reducing: Ice, I am a sucker for ready made ice. With our goal of less plastic, out it goes. Back to those plastic, refillable ice cube trays. Doesn't it seem ironic that we are replacing plastic with plastic? I thought so too. I take comfort in knowing that the trays are reusable. I have glanced at other types, but that is not reducing. Yes...this is small, but it is a plastic bag that I am not purchasing anymore. Saving in more ways than one.

I remember my grandmother having metal ones. I don't even know if they make them anymore! Seems like a zillion years ago! Shannon
